ImpactRust snapped a three-game point drought with his helper. The winger is minus-7 over his last four contests, and the drop in offense is an unfortunate turn after his hot December prior to the holiday break. Rust is now at 15 goals, 13 helpers, six power-play points, 94 shots on net, 33 hits and a minus-20 rating through 33 appearances in a top-six role.

ImpactReinhart's offense had run a little cold recently -- his helper Friday ended a four-game slump. Prior to that dry spell, he had gotten on the scoresheet in seven of the previous nine contests. While he doesn't have the same goal-scoring numbers as last year, he's tracking toward at least matching his 94-point regular season.

He's on pace for his lowest point total in four years, but he's still a decent fantasy blueliner for his all-around contributions.

Matthew Tkachuk - Snaps drought with goalTkachuk scored a power-play goal in Friday's 3-2 shootout win over the Penguins. He also notched 12 PIM, five shots on goal and one hit.

ImpactTkachuk was handed a 12-minute penalty, two for unsportsmanlike conduct and 10 for misconduct, in the early stages of the second period. However, he settled down afterward and came through with a power-play tally in the final frame. This goal snapped a four-game point drought, and six-game goalless run, for the 27-year-old star winger. Despite the recent inconsistencies, Tkachuk remains a solid offensive weapon for the Panthers. He's up to 36 points across 35 games despite tallying just six points (four goals, two helpers) over his last 12 contests.

Spencer Knight - Earns SO win FridayKnight stopped 29 of 31 shots in Friday's 3-2 shootout win over the Penguins.

ImpactKnight got the start after sitting out Florida's last two games and delivered a solid showing, allowing just two goals and stopping both shots during the shootout. Knight has made six appearances since the beginning of December, going 3-2-1 with a 3.45 GAA and an .864 save percentage. However, he's posted a save percentage of .900 or higher in two of his previous three starts, so he might be trending in the right direction of late.
