Anthony Duclair - Suffers injury SundayDuclair (upper body) left Sunday's 5-4 shootout loss to Vegas early in the second period and did not return.

ImpactDuclair was injured in a collision with Keegan Kolesar shortly after a faceoff at center ice, per Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News. There was no update on Duclair's status following the contest, so it's unclear at this time if he will be available to play Tuesday against Winnipeg. Duclair has generated six goals, 10 points and 43 shots on net through 25 games this season.

ImpactBurroughs has picked up an assist in three of the last four contests. The 28-year-old defenseman is likely benefiting from the Sharks scoring at least four goals in all five of their games in December -- some of that offense is trickling down to the physical blueliner. He's at four assists, 31 shots on net, 33 PIM, 55 blocked shots and 57 hits through 27 outings overall. Burroughs' defensive skill set should help him stay in a top-four role.

Justin Bailey - Helpers in consecutive contestsBailey logged an assist, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Golden Knights.

ImpactBailey has a helper in each of the last two games and four assists across seven contests since he made his Sharks debut Nov. 27. The 28-year-old winger has already matched his career high in points in a season at the NHL level. He's added eight shots on net, five hits and a plus-3 rating while mainly seeing time on the third line. He's unlikely to sustain this offense throughout the season, so Bailey is only really an option for fantasy managers in very deep formats.

ImpactThe helper was Zadina's first point in three games since he returned from an upper-body injury. The 24-year-old winger has seen bottom-six minutes since his return, so it's no surprise there hasn't been much offense for his effort. He's at six points, 35 shots on net and a minus-19 rating through 23 appearances in his first season with the Sharks. That's roughly in line with the seven points in 30 games he generated with the Red Wings in 2022-23.

ImpactBarabanov has a goal and three assists over four games since he returned from a finger injury. He's slotted in seamlessly to his usual top-line role alongside longtime linemate Tomas Hertl, and it's a combination that has helped the Sharks win two of the four games Barabanov's played in since his return. The 29-year-old started the season with six scoreless outings prior to the injury, but he's picked up 15 shots on net and a minus-3 rating through 10 contests. Fantasy managers will at least want to keep an eye on him when he's in the top six, as he could provide a solid return on minimal investment in most formats.
