He supplied a 15-12-1 record with a 2.65 GAA and a .913 save percentage in 30 outings during the 2023-24 regular season. Hofer will serve as Jordan Binnington's backup during the upcoming campaign.

Nikita Alexandrov - Headed for minors Alexandrov was reassigned to AHL Springfield on Tuesday.
Impact Alexandrov played in 23 regular-season contests for the Blues last year in which he notched two assists, 15 shots and 29 hits while averaging 8:32 of ice time. Even though the 24-year-old center won't be on the Opening Night roster, he should still earn the occasional call-up this year.

Impact McGing registered eight goals and 39 points in 51 regular-season games with AHL Springfield in 2023-24. The 26-year-old forward is still looking for his first NHL point following six appearances with the Blues over the past two campaigns, including five outings last season. He will probably spend most of 2024-25 in the minors.

Impact Skinner will likely spend the bulk of the 2024-25 campaign in the AHL, where he'll provide St. Louis with some depth on their blueline. The 23-year-old Skinner, who was initially acquired by the Blues in the deal that sent Vladimir Tarasenko to the Rangers, has yet to make his NHL debut.
