Max Domi - Two apples in winDomi picked up two assists in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Lightning.
ImpactHe set up both Matthew Knies' goals in the third period, and he appeared visibly relieved -- it's been a rough start for Domi in Toronto. He still doesn't have a goal this season, but one will come soon.

Matthew Knies - Short circuits Bolts to force OTKnies scored twice in the third period and added an assist Saturday in a 4-3 overtime win over the Lightning.
ImpactKnies' goals tied the game and forced overtime. They were his first regular-season NHL goals. He scored in the postseason last year, and interestingly enough, seven of Knies' eight NHL points have come against the Bolts when you add in those playoff games.

Ilya Samsonov - Pulled in first after three goalsSamsonov was pulled after surrendering three goals on four shots in Saturday's 4-3 win over Tampa Bay.
ImpactThere was an odor to the first period that Samsonov couldn't escape. He was replaced by Joseph Woll, who bricked up the net and earned the win. Woll will start Tuesday against Washington and he's "pushing for more work," according to Leafs coach Sheldon Keefe.

Jonas Johansson - Busiest start of careerJohansson made 48 saves in a 4-3 overtime loss to Toronto on Saturday.
ImpactHe had a 3-1 lead through the midpoint of the third when Matthew Knies beat him top corner from the left circle at 12:11. Then Knies tapped in the tying goal at 14:33, and John Tavares punched the puck past him with 55 seconds left in overtime for the win. Johansson made several incredible saves on the Leafs' snipers, but he couldn't hold the fort when the Bolts collapsed in the second half of the third. It was Johansson's busiest start of his career.
