Impact Blueger snapped a seven-game point drought with his helper on a Dakota Joshua goal in the third period. While he hasn't stood out like Joshua or Conor Garland, Blueger's been steady as the Canucks' third-line center. He's up to 22 points, 56 shots on net, 45 hits, 29 blocked shots and a plus-12 rating over 40 appearances this season, putting him on track for a career year.

Elias Lindholm - Offers helper in win Lindholm posted an assist in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Blackhawks.
Impact Lindholm had gone without a point over the last three games since he scored twice in his Canucks debut. The 29-year-old is still moving around the lineup a bit -- he's played as a right wing alongside Elias Pettersson most of the time but has also centered J.T. Miller on occasion. Lindholm should be fine in either role given the talent around him. The 29-year-old has 35 points, 140 shots on net, 56 hits, 47 blocked shots and a minus-11 rating through 54 contests between the Canucks and the Flames this season.

Quinn Hughes - Grabs helper Tuesday Hughes notched an assist, four shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Blackhawks.
Impact Hughes helped out on a Dakota Joshua tally in the third period. This was Hughes' second straight game with an assist after he went two contests without a point. The 24-year-old blueliner has barely had a cold spell in 2023-24, racking up 12 goals, 54 assists, 127 shots on net and a plus-36 rating through 54 appearances. He's found another level to be among the truly elite defensemen after establishing himself as very good over the prior two seasons.

Impact The defenseman has earned five points over five games since the All-Star break, but they've come in a pair of multi-point efforts. Prior to the break, he went scoreless in seven straight games -- offense in bunches is better than none at all. Hronek has four goals, a career-high 41 points, 106 shots on net, 52 blocked shots, 46 hits and a plus-37 rating through 54 appearances.

Impact This was Hoglander's third game in a row with a goal after he went five contests without a point. His tally Tuesday held as the game-winner, his fourth such goal this season. Hoglander has been quite the finisher despite limited ice time this season, posting 17 goals, six assists, 74 shots on net, 45 hits, 39 PIM and a plus-14 rating through 52 appearances. He's shooting 23.0 percent, a mark likely too high to be sustained in the long run.

Dakota Joshua - Makes impact in variety of ways Joshua scored a goal on two shots, added two assists, went plus-2, logged four hits and added a fighting major in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Blackhawks.
Impact Joshua left an imprint all over this game, doing work both with offense and with his signature physicality. The 27-year-old snapped a seven-game point drought with the three-point effort, and he also logged his first fight since Dec. 7. He's been a strong fit on the third line this season, racking up a career-best 13 goals and 26 points while adding 69 shots on net, 174 hits, 46 PIM and a plus-16 rating through 53 appearances.

Conor Garland - Buries two goals in win Garland scored two goals on six shots in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Blackhawks.
Impact Garland helped the Canucks establish a 2-0 lead over the first half of the game. The 27-year-old has three tallies over his last two outings following a six-game slump. He's up to 11 goals, 27 points, 125 shots on net and a plus-14 rating through 54 appearances this season. Garland's underlying numbers have been good as part of the Canucks' strong third line, and it appears his hard work is starting to be rewarded.

Thatcher Demko - Cruises to win Demko stopped 21 of 23 shots in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Blackhawks.
Impact Demko didn't face a shot until the final minute of the first period, and the Canucks made sure he never trailed with an attack led by their third line. The 28-year-old netminder is 12-2-0 with 34 goals allowed over 14 games since the start of January. He's up to 29-9-1 with a 2.44 GAA and a .918 save percentage through 39 appearances overall. The Canucks are back home versus the Red Wings on Thursday.

Impact Demko has won 10 of his last 11 outings, posting a 2.42 GAA and a .920 save percentage in that span. That's right in line with his usual level of play.
