Brock Boeser - Tallies four points in win Boeser logged a goal and three assists in Thursday's 6-5 win over the Islanders.
Impact Boeser gave Vancouver a 2-1 lead with his first-period goal. He'd later add three assists in the third on a pair of Elias Pettersson tallies and Anthony Beavillier's game-winner. The 25-year-old Boeser is up to 10 goals and 25 assists through 44 games this season. While it's been a generally disappointing season for Boeser, his four-point outing should help generate some buzz as the trade deadline approaches.

Elias Pettersson - Three points in win Pettersson tallied two goals and an assist in Thursday's 6-5 win over the Islanders.
Impact Pettersson set up Oliver Ekman-Larsson's goal in the first period before scoring a pair of his own in the third, including a power-play marker that tied the game 4-4. The three-point effort extends Pettersson's point streak to four games. He's posted 11 points (six goals, five assists) in his last eight contests. The 24-year-old center is up to 24 goals and 39 assists through 50 games this season. Pettersson is six points shy of his career high of 68 set last year.

Collin Delia - Stops 25 in win Delia stopped 25 of 30 shots in Thursday's 6-5 win over the Islanders.
Impact It wasn't the sharpest outing for Delia, allowing five goals on 30 shots, but he did enough to hold off the Islanders in the 6-5 victory. The 28-year-old netminder has won three of his last four outings despite a subpar .865 save percentage in that span. Delia should continue to split starting duties with Spencer Martin until Thatcher Demko (lower body) is ready to return.

Impact This was another even-strength assist from Boeser, who now has 22 apples through 43 games. On the downside, he's brushed twine just nine times, and with just six power-play points over that span, Boeser is distanced from the elite class of wingers. Certainly, his middle-six role isn't helping matters.

Impact Podkolzin released a fluttering shot that eluded Igor Shesterkin to cut the Rangers' lead to 3-2 in the second period. Vancouver's first-round pick in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft came into this game with just three assists in 17 NHL appearances this season, and this was only Podkolzin's second game back from an AHL stint dating back to November, so this goal should provide a much-needed confidence boost for the 21-year-old Moscow native.

Impact According to Emily Kaplan of ESPN, Demko is still "about a week and a half away from getting back on the ice," but it isn't clear if Kaplan means he'll be ready to return to game action or simply resume practicing with his teammates at that point. There's been some speculation that once healthy, Demko could be moved at the trade deadline, a potential scenario that would almost certainly lead to a significant increase in his fantasy value down the stretch.
