Morgan Barron - Still not skating Barron (lower body) won't be available for Game 5 versus Colorado on Tuesday, Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press reports.

Impact Barron, who hasn't resumed skating yet, will miss his sixth straight contest after getting hurt in the penultimate game of the regular season. He registered 11 goals, 18 points, 94 shots on net and 122 hits in 80 appearances during the 2023-24 campaign.

Impact Schmidt scored for just the third time this year, a significant drop off from the previous campaign in which he generated seven goals during the regular season. At this point, fantasy players probably shouldn't be expecting the 32-year-old Minnesota native to produce offensively with any regularity, making him a fringe fantasy option in postseason contests.

Impact After No. 1 netminder Connor Hellebuyck was pulled in the second period after allowing four goals, Brossoit took over between the pipes and turned aside all four shots sent his way. The Avalanche added an empty-netter with only 13 seconds left in the game. This was Brossoit's first appearance in the playoffs. Look for Winnipeg to return to Hellebuyck when they host Colorado on Tuesday.

Connor Hellebuyck - Three consecutive losses Hellebuyck gave up four goals on 30 shots in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the Avalanche. The fifth goal was an empty-netter.

Impact Hellebuyck allowed all four goals in the first two periods, including two on the power play. He has now allowed 19 goals on 131 shots and has not topped a .900 save percentage in any game in the first round. In order for the Jets to make a comeback in the series, they need Hellebuyck to get back to his Vezina-calibre ways for the remaining games. Winnipeg will host Colorado on Tuesday.

Impact Namestnikov took a Nate Schmidt slapshot off the head in the third period but was able to skate back to the locker room with some assistance, which is a positive sign. The team should have an update on his status after some more testing but his availability for Game 5 on Tuesday seems unlikely at this stage. He had one shot on goal in 10:05 of ice time Sunday.
