Returns to Minnesota Danladi has signed a one-year contract with Minnesota United with the option to extend for an additional year, the club announced Thursday. Impact Danladi scored 11 goals in all competitions during a three-year stint in Minnesota, who drafted him with the first pick in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft. He stagnated a bit after moving to Nashville in 2019, and didn't make a single MLS start last season, so the 26-year-old will look forward to a return to his first club in the league, even if he will be a backup option along the forward line to start at least.
