He will now hope to return in the club's next game against Villarreal on April 21, as he has started in all seven matches he has been available for since he joined the club in January.

However, the forward is most likely still a decent portion of time away from returning, as he is not scheduled to be back with the team until early May, hoping that comes to fruition with no setbacks during his recovery period.

Impact Melero will also miss the matches against Real Sociedad (April 14), Villarreal (April 21) and Getafe (April 26), so his first chance to feature will come against Rayo Vallecano on May 5. Melero's absence shouldn't be much of an issue in fantasy, as he's started just once since the start of 2024, but he was a regular alternative off the bench for an Almeria side that can't afford to keep missing players in the stretch run of the campaign.

Impact After a six-save clean sheet and an international break, Maximiano finished his March on a sour note, conceding more than two goals for the first time since January. He will look to get back on track next month, beginning with a game against Real Sociedad on April 14.

Impact Lopy has started in all but just six of his 26 appearances for Almeria this season. Despite having Pepe Mel as the new manager and Almeria winning their first match of the season in their previous contest, expect Lopy to be back in the starting lineup after the international break.
