Dealing with Myocarditis Davies showed symptoms of mycarditis during a routine health checkup and will miss at least two weeks, according to manager Julian Nagelsmann.
Impact Davies is dealing with minor inflammation of the heart, likely caused by his bout with COVID-19. While the injury isn't expected to be overly serious it's going to hold him out of training for at least two weeks. Obviously Davies cannot play in any capacity until he is fully healthy, and Bayern will want to be certain with their young super star. Lucas Hernandez or Omar Richards figure to start at left-back until Davies can recover fully.
