Impact Ortega received a nod as a finalist for the Bundesliga goalkeeper of the year, and showed why Friday. Despite a near guarantee of relegation Ortega has once again shown that he is a brilliant goalkeeper and well-worth a spot in the Bundesliga. In his last four matches Ortega has faced 30 shots and made 21 saves, despite an absolutely awful defense in front of him giving up high-danger chances non-stop. Ortega will close this stint in the Bundesliga next time out, against RB Leipzig.
