Impact Tomiyasu will continue his tenure with Arsenal, as after joining the club in 2021, he has now signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with an option for the 2027 season. Since arriving in London, the defender has appeared in 55 league contests, registering one goal on 22 shots and three assists on 19 chances created to go along with 28 interceptions, 73 tackles and 87 clearances during his time with the team. He will most likely remain in a rotational role during the remainder of his new contract despite signing the new deal with the team, sharing time on the flanks of the defense with Ben White and Oleksandr Zinchenko.
