Impact This update isn't too surprising for Saliba, as this was originally rumored when he suffered the injury. He's already been out close to a month and Mikel Arteta hasn't indicated any progress with the issue since, as Saliba still isn't training. Fortunately, he doesn't need surgery and the hope is rest will get him back to 100 percent over the summer. In his place, Jakub Kiwior has taken over for Rob Holding on the back line in recent contests. In his first season getting minutes with the club, Saliba started 27 league matches, recording two goals and an assist with 11 clean sheets.
