Daniel Rios - Loan expiring Rios is expected to return to Guadalajara at the end of the calendar year.
Impact Rios will return to Mexico after spending a season on loan with Atlanta. He managed to get 16 starts in 32 appearances, recording seven goals with three assists while logging in 46 shots (23 on target) and 17 clearances. Unless the club decides to sign him, the forward will start the 2025 season playing in Liga MX with Guadalajara.

Tyler Wolff - Declined option for 2025 Wolff had his option for 2025 declined by Atlanta, though is currently in contract negotiations with the club.
Impact Wolff has been part of the club since 2020, finishing up his fifth season with Atlanta. He continues to be just a bench option, making six starts in 19 appearances, scoring once while logging in 16 tackles, seven chances created and 11 shots (three on target). If Wolff is unable to sign a new deal, he will enter waivers.

Ronald Hernandez - Option declined Hernandez had his option for the 2025 declined as he is currently under negotiations on new deal.
Impact Hernandez spent the second half of the season injured with a sprain, returning to play with just Atlanta United II. This resulted in just 10 starts in 17 MLS appearances, assisting once with 21 crosses (four accurate). 40 clearances and 19 interceptions. His future on the club is set to be determined soon as a new deal is in the works, though could enter the MLS Re-Entry Draft if contract talks fall through.

Jamal Thiare - Option for 2025 declined Thiare had his option for the 2025 season declined while his contract is under negotiation.
Impact Thiare's time in Atlanta is in jeopardy after spending his first two MLS seasons with the side. This year, the forward started 17 times in 30 appearances, recording eight goals on 35 shots (16 on target) and 31 clearances. If the 31-year-old cant agree on a new deal, he will enter the Re-Entry Draft as he will continue to seek a career in the league.

Ajani Fortune - Exercises contract Fortune will return to Atlanta for 2025 after his contract was exercised.
Impact Fortune is set to play in his third season for Atlanta since joining the team in 2023. He was able to made 17 starts in 32 appearances, scoring once with two assists while totaling 33 tackles, 23 interceptions and 22 clearances. Since Nick Firmino and Tyler Wolff will not be returning, the midfielder will keep his role on the team, getting decent playing time in 2024.

Efrain Morales - Back for 2025 Morales will return for the 2025 season after his contract was exercised by Atlanta United.
Impact Morales only made four appearances with the senior side, starting three of them as he spent most of his time with Atlanta United II. He ended up making 15 appearances in MLS Next Pro, scoring once. The defender will look to get more appearances with the first team as he will return for 2025.

Brad Guzan - Coming back to Atlanta Guzman had his contract exercised for Atlanta for the 2025 season.
Impact Guzman is still one of the top keepers in MLS even at the age of 40. He started all 37 matches played, allowing 52 goals while making 137 saves on five clean sheets. He also had the game of his career against Inter Miami, making seven saves to eliminate the favorites from the tournament. The keeper will play in his seventh season in Atlanta as it could be his final year of his professional career.
