Raul Gudino - Signs with Atlanta Gudino has signed a six-month contract with Atlanta United with an option to extend for longer after leaving Chivas Guadalajara as a free agent, the club announced Monday. Impact Gudino kept 21 clean sheets in 85 appearances in all competitions during his four seasons as the starting goalkeeper in Guadalajara, and the 26-year-old also brings experience from his time FC Porto and Uniao Madeira in Portugal and with APOEL Nicosia in Cyprus. He will enter a team currently in flux in Atlanta United, which have lost so many players to long-term injuries this season. Bobby Shuttleworth looks like he's falling out of the starting picture, so Gudino will likely battle Rocco Rios Novo to be the club's No. 1 goalkeeper. Meanwhile, Miguel Jimenez will take over as the starter for Chivas.
