Impact Stuver has gone winless in his last eight starts, conceding 18 goals and making 35 saves. This is the opposite of desirable for any goalkeeper, so there's no sense in picking him unless his saves outweigh the other aspects of his recent record. Still, he could get lucky against San Jose, which have scored just 28 goals in 24 matches despite recording the ninth-most shots taken in MLS.

Impact Dominguez has spent much of the season as the starting striker but Wednesday's loss was another lackluster performance for a team in a bad losing streak. With one goal scored in his last eight starts, Dominguez will need to step up his efforts in Saturday's visit from San Jose.

Impact Djitte has entered all four of his appearances for Austin as a substitute and still has yet to take a shot. This doesn't bode well for his chances of getting a start any time soon, but he has a long contract to work with and will surely get his chance eventually.

Impact Driussi has been an effective attacking option with two goals, two assists and 16 chances created in his last six appearances despite his team's inability to win games. As he's failed to put a shot on goal in two straight starts, it's up to Driussi to break that duck in Saturday's visit from San Jose, which have conceded the joint eighth-most goals in MLS.
