Signs with Chelsea Disasi has agreed to a six-year deal with Chelsea from Ligue 1 side Monaco, the club announced. Impact Disasi has spent the last five years playing in Ligue 1, starting his professional career with Reims before moving to Monaco in 2020. In the last three seasons, the defender had totaled 91 league starts in 99 appearances, recording seven goals and three assists with 247 clearances, 108 interceptions and 102 tackles (67 won). With the departure of Cesar Azpilicueta to Atletico Madrid, he will be a great fill-in for the back line for Chelsea that struggled with injuries and form through the 2022/23 campaign, especially with Wesley Fofana out until next year after undergoing ACL surgery.
