ImpactMoukoko marked his return with a goal, his second of the 2023-24 Bundesliga. While playing time has been a consistent issue for him so far this season, his goal rate is relatively impressive for someone who has played more than 30 minutes only once since September.

ImpactUnsurprisingly, Sancho came off Borussia Dortmund's bench during his return to the team but made use of his opportunity to log an assist from a goal by Marco Reus. Ideally for Sancho, he can be back on track with Dortmund, which the 23-year-old was before his transfer from the German team. The hope for both Sancho and Manchester United is that he can return to some level of promise he showed before his official transfer to the English side. Sancho beginning his 2024 with an assist is a promising start.

ImpactReus began his 2024 off Borussia Dortmund's bench but commenced the year strong nonetheless. Reus now has four goals across the 2023-24 Bundesliga, just two short of how much he scored a season prior. But perhaps more important, Reus scored in Bundesliga for the first time since September, ending a goalless run of form that stretched over three months.
