Impact Fernandez has yet to get back on the training ground since undergoing the meniscus surgery and remains some ways away from making any sort of return. The forward will hope to get back on the pitch before the end of the season, though that is far from a guarantee.

Impact Fernandez has already missed the club's last three matches due to his knee problem but will now go under the knife to hopefully resolve the issue. At this point, the midfielder should probably be expected to be out of action for 6-8 weeks, though the club didn't provide a specific recovery timeline. Even when healthy, Fernandez hasn't featured in the starting XI since Oct. 21 and will likely remain a fringe squad option.
