Hugo Mallo - Suffers tear in thigh Mallo has suffered a grade I tear of his right thigh and is expected to miss three weeks, his club announced Thursday.

Impact Mallo will be out the rest of the year as this injury takes him into the World Cup break, though he should be fully fit by 2023. Oscar Mingueza could replace Mallo at right-back after replacing him following the initial injury. Though Mingueza hasn't played tremendously well, he might offer a reliable backup at right-back given the need to replace his club's captain in Mallo.
