Fran Beltran - Dealing with muscle issue Beltran picked up a strained right hamstring during a July 20 friendly against San Jose Earthquakes, according to his club.

Impact Beltran finished the season out with a knee injury but is still out with a new problem. He still has a couple of weeks until the season begins Aug. 13 against Espanyol and Renato Tapia could take his place if needed by then.

Denis Suarez - Not permitted to train Suarez wasn't allowed to train with his teammates during Tuesday's session, according to AS.com.

Impact As it seems, Suarez isn't hurt but it's been decided the club would like to move him elsewhere while it's still possible to recoup a transfer fee, as he only has a year left on his contract. Given that it may take more time to find a willing buyer, Suarez could be unavailable early into the season, starting with the Aug. 13 opener against Espanyol.

Impact Lobete scored twice in 13 league appearances last season (two starts) and became somewhat of a super sub after impressing in the B team. With Santi Mina and Denis Suarez seemingly out of the picture, Lobete could get a bigger opportunity for first team minutes immediately.
