ImpactBlaswich faced just two shots from Celtic as he earned his second clean sheet of the campaign. With Peter Gulacsi out long-term with a knee injury Blaswich has two months to prove he can be the replacement for the majority of the 2022/23 season. Blaswich has made four starts and conceded four goals while making 11 saves in all competitions. Leipzig still profile as one of the top teams in the Bundesliga, giving Blaswich clean sheet upside in all formats.

Amadou Haidara - Busy defensivelyHaidara had two shots (zero on goal) and one chance created in Tuesday's 2-0 victory against Celtic.

ImpactHaidara did well to shut down Celtic and earn the clean sheet as he made five tackles and two interceptions. While he doesn't have major offensive upside, Haidara can consistently fill the stat sheet defensively when starting. More starts are on the cards for Haidara with Konrad Laimer (ankle) out until 2023, meaning Haidara is only competing with Kevin Kampl and Xavier Schlager for a starting nod in defensive midfield.

ImpactSilva has scored or assists in two matches in the 2022/23 campaign, and those are both fixtures against Celtic. It's been a dreadful start to the campaign for the striker who has largely fallen out of favor with Timo Werner and Christopher Nkunku frequently starting. Against Celtic Silva has been unstoppable though, with two goals and an assist in the two matches. Silva will hope to translate some of that form to the Bundesliga as he continues to flounder with Leipzig after scoring 28 goals and assisting five times in his final campaign with Frankfurt.

Emil Forsberg - Nets off benchForsberg scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) in Tuesday's 2-0 win against Celtic.

ImpactForsberg scored his first Champions League goal of the campaign in a 15 minute cameo Tuesday. The winger has been largely a rotational option under new boss Marco Rose, though his last two goal contributions have come in matches he didn't start. With a hectic October schedule it's possible this goal could send Forsberg back into the starting XI.

Timo Werner - Goal, assist in winWerner scored one goal and assisted once from three shots and two chances created in Tuesday's 2-0 victory against Celtic.

ImpactWerner scored and provided an assist to return to the goals after a two-match drought. The striker was shut down in the reverse fixture in Leipzig, so it's a good sign for his outlook to make the most of the trip to Scotland. Werner has four goals and two assists in all competitions since returning to Leipzig in the summer.
