To miss World Cup Richards (leg) announced in an Instagram post Tuesday that he will miss the World Cup due to injury.
Impact Richards has been sidelined since early September due to a leg injury, and his last appearance for Palace came back on Aug. 27. The 22-year-old has now been ruled out of the upcoming World Cup, where the U.S. will now have to replace two of their most used center-backs from qualifying in Richards and likely Miles Robinson (achilles) as well.
