Claudio Bravo makes 4 saves in historic start for Chile, plays Peru to a scoreless draw in Copa América

Finds role on bench Bravo (hamstring) is on the bench for Friday's match against Cadiz.

Impact Bravo is finally making his long-awaited return, ending a 13-match stretch on the sidelines due to a hamstring issue. The question for the goalie from here on out will be if he gets back his starting role from Rui Silva, as Bravo took over the starting role once he was healthy to begin the season but quickly forfeited that after going down injured again. The two may switch off between matches in the future, or one may take over the full starting role, but only time can tell, so we won't quite know for another couple of contests.

Impact Bravo has now trained for the past two weeks and should be expected to make the team sheet Friday after getting a nod in the squad list. The goalie will hope to make his return after 13 matches on the sidelines due to the hamstring issue. If he is an option against Cadiz, expect him to possibly get the start and take over the role from Rui Silva, as when Bravo has been healthy this season, he usually gets the start between the sticks.
