Impact Hashioka joined Luton in January from Belgian side Sint-Truiden and quickly found himself playing significant minutes. He started six matches, splitting time between right-sided center back and right midfield. While he did not record any goal contributions or clean sheets, he did a fine job adjusting to a new league. He will now move down to the Championship with Luton and look to find a more secure place in the starting XI.

Impact Hashioka made his second start since joining Luton and had a rough time against Arsenal and their dangerous attack, something that only became worse in the 44th minute when he scored an own goal while trying to cut a pass from the left side of the box. As this was still the second EPL start for the center-back, it's possible he keeps receiving chances to start so as he can adapt faster to this new team and contribute for them to avoid relegation at the end of the season.

Makes debut Hashioka came off the bench during the second half of Tuesday's 6-2 loss to Manchester City.

Impact Hashioka's introduction to England was less than ideal, as he made his debut off the bench in the closing stages of Tuesday's drubbing. Hashioka is still getting used to the Luton XI, and even in the one-sided loss it was good to see the defender make his debut. Hashioka will hope to develop some sort of role in the closing stages of the Premier League.

Impact Hashioka is still integrating into the squad and isn't quite up to speed in the first team yet. There's no injury concerns for the defender but he won't be available to make his debut until a Feb. 18 clash with Manchester United, a tough first match if he is called upon.

Impact Hashioka makes the permanent move to Luton Town, where he should fill a valuable depth role across the entirety of the backline. While he may not start straight away the fact that Hashioka is so versatile should give him a reasonable chance for playing time both off the bench and in future seasons.
