Transfers to Brighton Gomez has completed a transfer to Brighton from Miami, according to his former club.

Impact Gomez completed a historic transfer Tuesday, as he is joining Brighton for a club-record transfer fee and one of the highest fees in MLS history. He started in 18 of his 22 appearances while with Miami this season, notching seven goal contributions during that span. He will likely see less time to begin with Brighton, probably only seeing a reserve role and having to work into an increased role throughout his tenure with the club.
