Impact Luna made his first appearance from the bench in this one after starting his side's first four matches of the season. He was effective in limited minutes, assisting with his only chance created to bring his tally up to two G/A in five outings this year.

Impact Luna will make his return to the club following his spell with the US U23 national team. The attacker will now hope to regain his spot in the starting XI, especially with Fibel Barajas questionable due to a knee issue, as he replaced Luna while he was away from the team.

Impact Luna found his first goal contribution of the season against LAFC, notching an assist after finding Andres Gomez in the 41st minute for the second goal of the match. The attacker has now started in all three contests to start the season and looks to be in a prime spot to maintain the starting role this campaign after only seeing 17 starts in 2023. In his three matches thus far, he has registered seven tackles, seven crosses, four chances created and three shots to go along with his assist.
