Three goals in 2023 Pines started 21 matches and scored three times during the 2023 season.
Impact Pines was one of the first names on the team sheet throughout the 2023 season as long as he was fit. He rewarded that with some solid play that should continue in 2024. The defender also added a career-high three goals, though he certainly isn't worth chasing for his offensive output moving forward.

Pines did stuff the stat sheet with six clearances, four blocks and four tackles, but D.C. still conceded three goals. Pines faces immense volume quite frequently with how poor D.C. United have been, giving him some value that way, though clean sheet upside is next to non-existent.
