Traded to San Jose Edwards was traded to San Jose from New England, the club announced.
Impact Edwards was dealt to the Quakes in a move that saw the Revolution pick up some GAM. It's not a shocking trade, Edwards showed himself as a capable backup, but failed to step forward and take the starting job. He will likely be depth, at least at first, in San Jose.

Impact Henrich Ravas is on international duty, leaving Edwards as the Revolution's most preferred option at goalkeeper. Edwards is expected to be the Revolution's goalkeeper again when they host Charlotte FC on April 6.
