Impact Forsberg has likely played in his final match with Leipzig as he is set to make a move to the MLS for the 2024 season. Joined in 2015, Forsberg recorded 324 appearances with 71 goals during his stay with the team. He also won some hardware, with back to back DFB-Pokal Cups win in both 2022 and 2023 while also winning the DFL Supercup. This season with Leipzig, he's recorded three goals with an assist in 19 appearances in all competitions, 10 of them coming as starts.
