Yerry Mina - Ends season with injury Mina battled a groin injury over the final month of the season, leading to one start in the final four matches.

Impact Mina couldn't stay healthy in the second half of the season, but fortunately for Everton, they had a deep back line with the addition of Ben Godfrey. Mina will hope to regain his fitness over the summer after scoring two goals and accruing five clean sheets in 23 starts this season (24 appearances).

Michael Keane - Remains rock on back line Keane started the final five matches of the season, compiling seven interceptions, 24 clearances and three clean sheets.

Impact Keane held onto his role under Carlo Ancelotti, appearing in at least 30 matches for the fourth-straight season for Everton. In total, he finished with three goals, one assist and 10 clean sheets in 35 appearances (33 starts) this season.

Alex Iwobi - Loses role in final month Iwobi played 48 minutes over the final five matches of the season, making two appearances.

Impact Iwobi was healthy, but he couldn't find a role in the squad late in the season. It's somewhat surprising, as he started seven-straight times at one point in December, but those numbers quickly disappeared. Overall, he lacked upside, totaling one goal, two assists, 15 shots and 16 chances created in 30 appearances (17 starts).

Mason Holgate - Ends season as right-back Holgate started at right-back in three of the final four matches, totaling one shot, one chance created and one cross.

Impact Carlo Ancelotti decided to move Seamus Coleman up to an attacking midfield role, which allowed Holgate to move out wide late in the season. In the end, it didn't matter for Holgate because he's not a true right-back and if anything, it decreased his defensive stats. While he dealt with a couple injuries, he further cemented his starting gig, ending with nine clean sheets from 28 appearances (26 starts).

Andre Gomes - Loses starting gig in final month Gomes played just 39 minutes in the final five matches, appearing off the bench three times.

Impact Gomes had a few spurts of starts throughout the season, but when everyone was healthy, he didn't have much of a role. Similar to others in this defensive midfield role for Everton, he held minimal upside, totaling one assist, 14 shots and 15 chances created in 28 appearances (17 starts).

Ben Godfrey - Completes first Everton season Godfrey closed the season with nine-straight starts split between center-back and right-back.

Impact Godfrey never got up the field much, even as a full-back, as he totaled two assists, 14 shots and six crosses in 31 appearances (29 starts). He was one of Carlo Ancelotti's most-consistent defenders after joining the club early in the season and that eventually led to a call up to the England national team.

Fabian Delph - Plays minimal role Delph battled an injury the majority of the season and didn't appear in the final four matches.

Impact Already in a limited role, an injury for most of the season didn't help Delph find playing time under Carlo Ancelotti. His numbers were cut in half from a season ago, totaling eight appearances and two starts. Since playing for England in the 2018 World Cup, his career has been hampered by constant injuries.

Tom Davies - Starts final match Davies went the full 90 in Sunday's finale against Manchester City, totaling one tackle, two clearances and a block.

Impact Davies didn't play as much as the prior season, but that was to be expected after Abdoulaye Doucoure and Allan joined before the season. Either way, Davies doesn't have much upside as a defensive midfielder, compiling seven shots and six chances created in 25 appearances (17 starts).

Bernard - Struggles for playing time Bernard played 43 minutes off the bench in the final three matches and only started three matches all season.

Impact Bernard was healthy the majority of the season, but his role diminished to just 12 appearances and three starts. It doesn't look like he has a future in Carlo Ancelotti's side, especially with James Rodriguez around and it's hard to see him returning to the significant role he had when he started 40 matches the prior two seasons.

Allan - Holds down midfield to close season Allan started the final eight matches of the season, going a full 90 in all of them.

Impact Allan failed to make the score-sheet in 24 appearances (23 starts), but he was as important as anyone else, running the Everton midfield. He tended to get more forward while at Napoli, but that doesn't look to be the case for Everton where he managed seven shots and 17 chances created in his first season.

Abdoulaye Doucoure - Returns to usual role in finale Doucoure started the final four matches of the season, supplying seven tackles and seven interceptions.

Impact Doucoure was a constant for Everton when healthy this season, securing two goals and three assists in 29 starts from 18 shots and 21 chances created. He didn't seem to have as much upside as his days with Watford and that was likely because most of Everton's goals are filtered through their forwards, unlike a smaller team such as Watford.

Impact Digne didn't hit his usual numbers Sunday, mainly because Man City dominated possession. Still, you can't take away from what was another solid campaign for the left-back. He finished with seven assists from 46 chances created and 44 corners along with nine clean sheets. Even with fewer corners because of James Rodriguez, he still got up the pitch plenty and supplied a decent variety of defensive stats.

Gylfi Sigurdsson - Misses PK in finale Sigurdsson had three shots (two on target) and four inaccurate crosses in Sunday's 5-0 loss against Manchester City.

Impact Sigurdsson had a chance to get Everton on the score-sheet Sunday, but he had his PK saved and that was it. He struggled a bit with fitness near the end of the season and that's partly why he was subbed off in the 59th minute in the finale. He still had a decent campaign, often filling in for the injured James Rodriguez. He finished with six goals and five assists from 49 shots and 44 chances created in 36 appearances (34 starts).

Richarlison - Completes five passes in loss Richarlison had three shots not on target, five completed passes and a yellow card in Sunday's 5-0 loss against Manchester City.

Impact This wasn't the way Richarlison wanted to end the season, as he was contained by the Man City back line. He already doesn't pass a ton on the wing and without much of the ball, he didn't do anything in fantasy. Overall, his scoring took a hit this season after scoring 13 goals each of the last two campaigns. He finished with seven goals and three assists from 81 shots and 25 chances created in 33 starts (34 appearances).

Dominic Calvert-Lewin - Does little in finale Calvert-Lewin had one shot on target and a foul committed in Sunday's 5-0 loss against Manchester City.

Impact Calvert-Lewin barely saw the ball Sunday and when he did, it wasn't in front of net. He closes the season with no goals in his final four starts. His overall numbers are great, 16 goals from 83 shots in 32 starts, but a lot of those came earlier in the season. He scored 11 goals in the first 11 matches and maybe more disappointing is that he has just one assist the last two seasons.

Jordan Pickford - Closes season with big loss Pickford made six saves in Sunday's 5-0 loss against Manchester City.

Impact It was ugly from the start for Pickford, who couldn't do anything against Man City's top squad. It was a disappointing finish for Everton, who had allowed just one goal in the prior four matches. Pickford still closes a mostly successful campaign in which he made 90 saves and allowed just 39 goals to go with 10 clean sheets in 31 starts.

Impact This is an unfortunate blow to Coleman and the hope is that it's not a serious issue. He's started each of the last six matches, but he came off early midweek and there's a chance he suffered an injury then. Impact While Rodriguez was supposedly rested midweek, it's clear his calf is still bugging him after playing 78 minutes last weekend. His ongoing calf issues costed him a good portion of the season, though his presence was still felt, managing six goals and four assists in 23 appearances (21 starts) this season.
