Impact Stevens had been part of the Brentford organization since 2020, failing to keep a spot on the first team. He was on loan to League One side Oxford United, scoring a goal with three assists while also getting two starts during the League One Playoffs, earning them a place in the Championship for the 2024/25 season. With the defender making the jump to the first tier of professional football, he could start off as a bench option until comfortable playing in the Bundesliga with St. Pauli.
