Out with ankle injury Calvo will miss Saturday's clash against the Galaxy with an ankle injury, San Jose manager Alex Covelo said Wednesday.

Impact Calvo returned from international duty last week with an ankle injury and Saturday's Cali Clasico game will be the fourth consecutive MLS game he's missed. Tanner Beason will likely replace Calvo in central defense alongside Nathan until he's fit again.

Called up to national team Calvo has been called up by the Costa Rican National Team for upcoming international matches on June 2, 5 and 14.

Impact Calvo will miss Saturday's MLS clash against LAFC, as well as the Nashville match on June 11 while with the national team. He has played every minute so far in the league for San Jose, but Tanner Beason is most likely to replace him in central defense for those two games.
