Impact Brugman scored his first MLS goals on Saturday in what was his 11th appearance since joining the Galaxy in the summer. He has started all 11 of those games in midfield, and he's taken 11 shots (three on target) and created 11 chances in that span.

Three won tackles Brugman won three tackles and recorded an interception during Sunday's 2-0 win over Atlanta.
Impact Brugman had a great defensive performance winning tackles and stopping opportunities for the L.A. Galaxy squad. With his first appearance of the season, the midfielder showed his skills as a defensive piece in the starting XI. After showing a positive start, Brugman opened the opportunity for more minutes to be earned moving forward.

Transfers to Los Angeles Brugman has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract with the Galaxy with the option to extend for an additional year after transferring from Parma, the club announced Wednesday.
Impact Brugman has wracked up 249 appearances across the top two Italian divisions over his career (90 in Serie A, 159 in Serie B), and he tallied three goals and six assists in La Liga 2 last season while on-loan with Real Oviedo. The 29-year-old is now moving to MLS, where he will be competing with Marco Delgado and Rayan Raveloson for a starting spot in defensive midfield with Los Angeles.
