Impact Plata spent last season with his now-permanent club, for which he scored six times and provided five assists in 30 matches. It's hard to predict how the coming season will go for Plata and his teammates, as there hasn't been the tremendous investment often needed to avoid relegation in a first season after promotion. To that point, signing Plata long-term and acquiring Sergio Asenjo means that much could change.
