Heads back to Sampdoria Kastanos has agreed to a four-year contract upon returning on a permanent deal from Juventus, Salernitana announced.

Impact Kastanos wasn't bought out in July, but the club did eventually reach a new agreement to bring him back. He could have a sizeable role right off the bat since Ederson left and Mamadou Coulibaly is hurt, although they might sign further midfielders down the line.
