Pair of assists and goal Son Heung-Min scored one goal and assisted twice from four shots and four chances created in Sunday's 4-1 victory versus Newcastle United. Impact Son put together arguably his best performance of the season in Sunday's blowout win over Newcastle as he contributed to three out of his side's four goals. He recorded two assists in the first half on very similar moves -- whipping the ball into the center of the box after beating his man -- first to Destiny Udogie in the 26th minute, and then to Richarlison in the 38th minute. Son then won a foul in the penalty area -- Spurs' first penalty since the departure of Harry Kane -- and converted it in the 85th minute to take a 4-0 lead. It was unclear who would be taking penalties for Spurs this season, and with the caveat that Richarlison, who is also a contender for that role, was not in the match at the time of the penalty, it looks like the role may go to Son, especially given he is not too far out of the Golden Boot race.
