Ezequiel Ponce - Could return vs. Seattle Ponce was involved in Friday's training session and it remains if he'll be available for Saturday's game against Seattle, head coach Ben Olsen told Bayou City Soccer on Friday.

Impact Ponce left the win over Austin with an apparent hamstring problem, and even though he was available for training Friday, it's unclear if he'll be ready to feature from the start, as hamstring injuries are often complicated. Ponce has been playing well for Houston, scoring three goals in seven starts, and his absence would generate a huge void upfront for the Dynamo.

Hector Herrera - Could return Saturday Herrera was involved in Friday's training session and it remains if he'll be available for Saturday's game against Seattle, head coach Ben Olsen told Bayou City Soccer on Friday.

Impact Herrera plays a pivotal role in Houston's tactical approach, and there's no question the Dynamo want him back as soon as possible. The former Mexico international has been a regular starter for Houston when healthy, and even though he's already missed nine games due to injury in 2024, he should return to the XI right away if healthy for Saturday.

Latif Blessing - Takes part in training Friday Blessing was involved in Friday's training session and it remains if he'll be available for Saturday's game against Seattle, head coach Ben Olsen told Bayou City Soccer on Friday.

Impact Blessing left last week's game against Austin with a knock on stoppage time, but his presence in training ahead of Saturday's game means he'll likely be available. Given that Blessing has started in just 11 of his 24 appearances, however, he could find himself as a depth option on the bench. He's made just two starts in MLS play since the beginning of July.
