Inter Miami defender Ian Fray will undergo surgery to repair a meniscus injury suffered in Game 1 of the team’s Eastern Conference first-round series against Atlanta United

Meniscus injury confirmed Fray is out for the remainder of the playoffs with a meniscus injury, Miami confirmed.

Impact Fray came off with the injury against Atlanta, and initially the fear was another torn ACL. The defender instead will miss the remainder of playoffs with a meniscus, but will hope to get back on the pitch for a full preseason.
