ImpactBalde is back and and fit for Barcelona after missing the last seven months with a hamstring injury. He is also projected to win the starting left back role for the team, as long as the defender doesn't relapse from his injury. Balde had started 45 times in 51 appearances in two campaign with Barcelona in La Liga play, recording a goal with seven assists while averaging about two crosses per match.

Rodri - Will miss Community ShieldRodri (undisclosed) has not returned to Manchester City and isn't expected to appear until after the Community Shield, according to manager Pep Guardiola
ImpactRodri was taken off in the Euro 2024 finals after he gave it his all throughout the tournament, being relieved due to his fatigue. Unsurprisingly, Guardiola is giving a few of the guys who had extended tourney runs some extra rest and Rodri won't be back until after the Community Shield on Aug 10. He should still be ready for their season opener, but there's always the chance Guardiola eases him back into things, depending on when he returns to training.
