Matteo Pessina - Dealing with knee sorenessPessina will skip Sunday's Coppa Italia match against Frosinone due to a sore tendon in his left knee, coach Giovanni Stroppa announced.

ImpactPessina has been nursing the injury for a couple of weeks and his status for the opener versus Torino is up in the air. He will be a sure-fire starter once healthy, but he will probably have to be replaced by either Jose Machin, Mattia Valoti or Filippo Ranocchia in the first game.
