Jose Luis Palomino - Latches onto CagliariPalomino has signed a one-year deal with an option with Cagliari, the team informed.

ImpactPalomino finds a new home in Serie A after leaving Atalanta as a free agent. He had been frozen out midway through last season and was a deep reserve beforehand. He'll have better chances of being a regular in Sardinia but will have to get up to speed physically. He has posted 26 tackles, 31 interceptions and 21 clearances in his last 20 appearances (eight starts).
