Goes unused following illness Grealish returned to the team sheet Saturday to face Newcastle after dealing with an illness but went unused off of the bench, not recording a single minute of play. Impact Grealish seems to have his illness issues behind him but still wasn't chosen to play in a highly contested contest Saturday despite the health improvement, as manager Pep Guardiola turned to Oscar Bobb in the final minutes instead of Grelaish, with Bobb going on to score the game-winning goal. Grealish had started in the previous five matches for the club with Jeremy Doku out, but with Doku returning to play in the FA Cup, the English winger will most likely see his role dwindle again, especially with the upcoming rise of Bobb in Pep's system. He should continue to gain time here and there in the starting XI as well as off of the bench, but he probably won't see as much action as he has seen in the last month, most likely mainly being chosen as a Cup option in future games.
