Called up to youth national team McGlynn has been called up by the U.S. for the upcoming CONCACAF U20 Championship in Honduras.

Impact McGlynn, along with Philadelphia teammates Quinn Sullivan, Paxten Aaronson, and Brandan Craig are set to miss up to the next four MLS matches while competing with the Youth National Team in this tournament, which will run from June 18 to July 3. He has featured eight times in the league for the Union this season, all of those appearances were coming off the bench.

The only problem is without the set-pieces McGlynn would not have much value if at all. After barely seeing any playing time the last four appearances, McGlynn finally received another start. Although, it remains to be seen if he will start getting more playing time or not.
