Returns from loan Anthony has returned from his loan with Leeds to Bournemouth.

Impact Anthony has returned from his loan spell, as he is set to compete with Bournemouth for the 2024/25 campaign. While with Leeds, he started in two of his 34 appearances, notching one goal on 21 shots. That said, he is likely to see minimal time if he stays with the Cherries, although there is a decent chance he will be sent on loan again.

Cherries "Super-Sub" of the 2022-23 season Anthony played his part last season to ensure the Cherries remained in the EPL, but his role was more of "Super-Sub" versus a regular starter.

Impact Anthony made 30 appearances but just 11 starts. He has been very effective coming on from the bench to add energy to Bournemouth's attack, and then finding the net. It is likely he will start next season in a similar mode. Over the course of the season he scored three and delivered an assist.

Unproductive playmaker in loss Anthony fired 10 crosses (four accurate) and engaged in five tackles during Saturday's 2-0 loss to Crystal Palace.

Impact Anthony secured a rare start on Saturday (only his second of the season). He played in the right back position rather than his more familiar attacking role, stepping in to backfill the injured Marcus Tavernier. He scored good defensive points but despite being one of Bournemouth's key free kick and corner playmakers he did not deliver any assists. He was subbed after 80. With Tavernier out for some weeks with a hamstring problem it is likely Anthony will get starts in the next few games. He does needs to find better form providing assists and scoring (only two goals this season).
