Four saves in finale Blaswich registered four saves and allowed two goals in Saturday's 2-2 draw versus Eintracht Frankfurt.

Impact Blaswich split time with the injured Peter Gulacsi, leaving a true goalkeeping competition for the second half of the season. Gulacsi isn't a spring chicken but Blaswich isn't either, so this could be a true goalkeeping competition heading into the 2024/25 campaign. It's possible one of the goalkeeper's is sold or loaned to try and avoid that issue, meaning this is one to watch during the offseason.

Impact Blaswich got the start ahead of Peter Gulacsi for Saturday's loss, making two save son four shots faced. It's not clear if Blaswich will hold onto the starting role, he did well with Gulacsi on the sideline, but Gulacsi has been the starter of late. This appears to be a real goalkeeping competition meaning it's tough to predict who will start week-to-week.

Impact Blaswich was far from his best Saturday, allowing a stunning five goals on only four saves in the loss. This is his second poor performance in a row, now having allowed eight goals on six saves during that span following a 2-3 loss to Leverkusen on Jan. 20. He has also now gone 12 appearances since his last clean sheet, only having five on the year. He will hope to turn things around when he faces Union Berlin on Sunday.
