Dealing with thigh issue Ngankam has picked up a muscle injury in his thigh, the club confirmed Tuesday. Impact Ngankam was set to return next week against Bochum on March 16 after receiving a two-match suspension due to a red card, but it looks like he may be remaining on the sidelines for a little longer, having picked up a thigh issue in training. Luckily for the club, this shouldn't impact too much despite the player appearing in all but five matches this season, as he has played in more of a bench role, only earning four starts in his 17 appearances, averaging about 25 minutes per appearance. It is still unsure when the attacker will return, as the club said it would depend on his healing process, but you can expect him to be out until at least after the international break, most likely not returning before the end of the month.
