Impact Gomes was once again in the starting XI and displayed a lot of tenacity in the middle of the park, pacing his side in tackles, while also being involved in the early build-up of plays. The youngster played the full 90 for the first time this season and looks to be an integral part of the team, especially with Ruben Neves gone, so we can expect a lot of productive stat lines from him moving forward.
