Impact Omlin kept 15 clean sheets in 118 Ligue 1 appearances since joining Montpellier from FC Basel in summer 2020, with his best season coming in 2021/22. The 29-year-old is replacing his Swiss National teammate Yann Sommer at Gladbach after the latter departed for Bayern Munich Thursday as well.
