Starting Saturday Vargas (concussion) is in the starting lineup for Saturday's clash with Orlando City.

Signs new deal Vargas has agreed to a new three year contract with Charlotte, with a club option for 2028.

Impact Vargas was one of the first signings for Charlotte, keeping him with the side for another three years. He's opened up the campaign starting all 10 matches played, scoring twice while averaging about 2.1 shots and 4.8 crosses per game. The forward is, however dealing with a minor injury that kept him out of the clash with Portland.
